Leave Rules

1-  Leave is granted only in case of genuine need.
2-  Leave maximum up to three days can be granted in a month.
3-  Students should apply for leave on medical grounds within a week of falling ill and it must be accompanied by a medical certificate from government hospital.
4-  The student must write clearly her Roll No. Name, Class, Section and subjects on the leave application, get it signed by parents and submit it to the leave account incharge in case of three days leave and to the Vice Principal in case of leave of more than three days. The name of a student will also be struck off the College rolls due to non-payment of dues and rude behavior. She may be allowed re-admission by the Vice Chancellor. The fee for re-admission will be Rs. 1000/-. However re-admission can be granted only once.  2nd time Re-admission  in  specific  cases  may  be  granted  on payment of full tution fee and admission fee.

Attendance rules and schedule of fines for absence / misconduct
The schedule for fines due to absence is as follows
1.    The students who on their own will remain absent from the College before the commencement of examination will be fined Rs. 200/- per day.
2.    The students who remain absent during examination will be fined Rs. 200/- per day.
3.    The students who remain absent in co-curricular activities at the turn of their class will be fined Rs. 200/- per function.
4.    The students may get duplicate Roll No Slip, Character Certificate and Bus Card after payment of fine of Rs.200/- each and for Identity Card Rs. 180/-
5.    The students without I.D. card or not in proper uniform will be fined Rs. 200/-
6.    Students are expected to be regular and punctual and if a student remains absent from the College for three days in a month, her name is struck off the rolls. If her absence is for genuine reason, the Vice Chancellor may consider her application for readmission
