We are pleased to announce that 2nd International Seminar on Medicinal Plants (ISMP) will be held in Lahore College for Women University on Jan 14-16, 2010.
The main theme of the Seminar will be ‘Applications of Medicinal Plants in Pharmaceuticals, Environment and Industries’ and it will cover the following topics:

• Isolation of novel bioactive principals
• Phytoremediation of toxic metals
• Aromatics as alternate energy source
• Phytopesticides
• Phytofertalizers
• Pharmacological evaluation of plant products
• Synthesis of secondary metabolites

New processes for extraction of commercial chemical raw materials 

You are kindly requested to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations relevant to the main seminar topics
