MS Punjabi

(Regular Program)

BS Punjabi or (16 years of education) in relevant subject or equivalent. The candidates must have obtained 2.50/4.00 CGPA in semester system or 50% marks in annual system.

FACULTY OF EDUCATION

2.        

MS Education

 (Regular+  Self support Evening Program )

BS 4 Years Education or master’s degree in education or Relevant Subject (School Subject) from HEC recognized University with minimum 2.50/4.00 CGPA in semester system or 50% marks in annual system

MS Health Psychology

(Regular Program)

The students who have passed (BS) examinations or 16 years of education with psychology will be eligible for admission. The candidates must have obtained 2.50/4.00 CGPA in semester system or 50% marks in annual system.

4.        

MS History

(Regular Program)

16 year of education (BS or MA in History) or equivalent. The candidates must have obtained 2.50/4.00 CGPA in semester system or 50% marks in annual system.

5.        

MS Fine Arts

(Regular Program)

The eligibility for admission in MS Fine Arts degree in BFA Painting/Graphic/Textile or 16 years of education in relevant field. The candidates must have obtained 2.50/4.00 CGPA in semester system or 50% marks in annual system in case of MA/MSc.

 

 Reserved Seats at MS Level 

The candidates must mention the Reserved Seat Quota in the Application Form.

  • ·  One seat per discipline is reserved for the disabled / handicapped applicant. Physical disability means the disability that cannot be rectified by any equipment. Being short sighted and hard of hearing does not fall in the category of disability for admission purposes. The candidate must enclose the proof of her disability duly signed by the MS Services Hospital with her form.
  • One seat in each discipline is reserved on Sports basis for National, Board and District level players only in Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences, Faculty of Islamic & Oriental Learning, Sabiha Mansoor Institute of Languages and Culture, Ruth Pfau Women Institute for Leadership & Learning, Institute of Education, Institute of Design &Visual Arts.
  • No seat / Sports Quota reserved for the Faculty of Science & Technology and Faculty of Engineering & Technology at MS level.
  • One seat in each discipline is reserved for Other Provinces.
  • One seat per discipline has been allocated for Foreign Students. Candidates selected on inter se merit will pay $ 900/- (US) along with Normal fee per year for each year separately.

Terms & Conditions 

1.    General conditions for admission against these reserved seats are the same as laid down for the candidates applying for admission on merit.

2.    The candidates from foreign countries have to route their application for admission through the concerned embassy and Higher Education Commission, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore within due date. The Admission Forms directly submitted to the University’s Admission office shall not be Considered.

3.    Admission Interview is compulsory for all the candidates applying on merit as well as on reserved seats.

4.    .All students who applied admission in MS, should have complete the Credit HR 124-140 at BS Level as Per HEC Criteria.

Note:

All candidates are required to bring their CNIC and original Academic Documents , print of form at the time of Written Test and Interview.

 
  •             Hostel may be provided as per availability of seats.
  •             Merit lists will be displayed at lcwu website (www.lcwu.edu.pk)
  •             University authorities has the right to withdraw/ withhold admission of any advertised subject / discipline without assigning any reason.
  •            If the number of applications/ admission forms in insufficient then the university has the right  to  cancel the admission without assigning any reason.
  •            Only online admission form applications will be acceptable, no hardcopy will be accepted.
