2. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy:
Basic principles; Theory, Instrumentation, sample handling, Chemical shifts; Spin-Spin coupling; Factors influencing coupling constant values. Analytical applications of NMR spectroscopy. Interpretation of NMR Spectra.
This course comprises of fundamental and applied aspects of laser spectroscopy and Nuclear Magnetic resonance. properties of laser and its importance is also discussed. different type of lasers is also the part of this course.Nuclear magnetic resonance is the second part of this course. principle, theory and instrumentation and handling is the main focus of this course. the course highlight the application of NMR ,chemical shift and spin-spin coupling. interpretation of spectra is also a part of this course.
