Department of Home Economics at Lahore College for Women University, Lahore organized a one day workshop on "Empowering Young Women for Better Future of Pakistan" on 24th August 2021 at 10:30 am.

Ms.Shaista Khawar, floral, landscape and monument designer was guest speaker. Prof. Dr. Bushra Mirza, worthy VC of LCWU shared her views on empowering young women for a better future of Pakistan. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Afzal, Dean Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences graced this occasion with his presence. This workshop was arranged in connection to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Pakistan.
