The Annual Meeting with focal persons was held at Career Guidance and Counseling Centre (CGCC) on 14^th October, 2021. The agenda was to connect faculties and students to have conversation about mental health in general. The faculty members from different departments of the university attended the meeting. Ms. Tabinda Jalil, Student Counselor/Psychologist started with orientation of CGCC and briefing regarding services and activities were given. Ms. Samina Uzair, Student Counselor/Psychologist highlighted the importance and significance of mental health and concept of mental hygiene was communicated. At the end Ms. Mamoona Riaz, Material Developer/Psychologist talked about the information and guidance facility available at the center. The available materials; online and in-person were shared with the faculty; she also highlighted the need of psycho-education. The faculty members discussed their observations regarding psychological issues and concerns of students. The meeting addressed the need of conversation about mental health and sharing information about available mental health services on campus.
