For Matriculation candidates:
§ Candidates who have passed their 9th Class in the year 2023 and appeared in the annual exam of the 10th class in the year 2024 are eligible to apply.
§ Students who have already passed their matriculation can apply for admission on the basis 9th grade Result. However, they must not be registered or have appeared in the Intermediate Part-I exams at any Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE).
§ Candidates after securing admissions must qualify their 10th class in the Ist Annual Exam of 2024, failing in the 10th class will result in removal from the College roll and fees will not be refunded.
Ineligible conditions:
§ The students who appear in the combined exams of 9th and 10th in 2024 are ineligible.
§ Candidates who have failed in one or more subjects in the 9th class are not eligible to apply.
§ Candidates who passed their SSC in the Supplementary Examination of 2019 or earlier are ineligible.
For O-Level candidates:
O-Level / Equivalent qualifications are eligible for provisional admission.
Their admission will be confirmed after submission of their complete results (i.e. 8 subjects as per IBCC rules.). The College will register them with BISE Lahore once they fulfill this requirements before the Board Registration deadline. O-Level candidates must have qualified minimum eight subjects including five Compulsory Subjects i.e. (1) English (2) Urdu (3) Pak. Studies (4) Islamiat and (5) Mathematics.

Criteria for Self-Supporting Programs |
§ Admissions in the Self-Supporting Program shall be granted on the basis of merit determined on the basis of grade IX marks. Fee structure for the Self-Supporting Programs is separate than the Regular Programs, details are available at the LCWU website. A candidate who wishes to apply for Self-Supporting Programs should indicate in the Online Admission Form. There is no provision of any Reserved Seats in the Self Supporting Programs.

RESERVED SEATS |
v Two percent (2%) seats are reserved for the physically challenged students.
v Two percent (2%) seats are reserved for students applying on sports basis. District and Board level players can apply against these seats.
v 2% seats are reserved for minorities. They must provide their religious certificate at the time of admission / interview.
v Fifteen (15) seats are reserved for foreign students (Foreign National / Overseas).
v Thirty (30) seats are reserved for other provinces i.e. 5 each for Gilgat Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, KPK and FATA, Sindh and Baluchistan. Students are required to apply through their respective provincial government (Higher Education Department). Only those students will be eligible who have passed their Matriculation from the respective province.
v Ten percentage (10%) seats are reserved for O-Level students. Their admission will be processed subject to provision of Result Statements and Equivalence Certificate (two copies attested from IBCC Office).

- Candidates who fail to qualify the Aptitude Test in English Literature / Fine Arts will not be eligible to opt the said subjects.
- Sports Trial 16-05-2024 at 09:00 a.m.
- Physically Challenged Interview 16-05-2024 at 09:00 a.m.
- Hafiz-e-Quran Interview 17-05-2024 at 09:00 a.m.

ONLINE Admission forms processing fee challan of Rs. 1000/- (only one for Morning and Evening) and Intermediate Prospectus are available on LCWU official website www.lcwu.edu.pk till 13-05-2024 and the admission processing fee may be deposited online in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan or Bank of Punjab across Pakistan. Payment through any mobile app, Omni and easy-paisa etc. is not acceptable.
v Merit lists of eligible candidates for all disciplines will be uploaded on official website.
The candidate must bring original and copies of following documents at the time of admission / interview:-
1) Hard copy of online admission form generated from LCWU admission portal.
2) Paid Processing fee challan original generated from LCWU admission portal.
3) Three (03) attested photocopies of Bay Form / I.D. Card.
4) Three (03) attested photocopies of Matriculation / O-Level / Equivalent Result Card / Certificate.
5) Three (03) attested photocopies of Character / Provisional Certificate.
6) Three (03) attested photocopies of I.D. Card of Father / Mother / Guardian.
7) Eight (08) fresh photographs with white background.
8) Monthly Income Certificate of Father / Mother / Guardian.
9) Original N.O.C. with two attested copies (For other Boards, candidates only).
10) O-Level’s candidates must submit their three Result Statement and Equivalence Certificate (Two copies attested from I.B.C.C. office) at the time of admission.
11) Last date for Online Admission Forms is 13th May, 2024, 4:00 p.m.
12) 1st Merit lists will be displayed on Thursday 16th May, 2024, 4:00 p.m. on LCWU website (www.lcwu.edu.pk).
13) 1st Merit lists of Self Support Program will be displayed on Wednesday 29th May, 2024, 4:00 p.m. on LCWU website (www.lcwu.edu.pk).
14) The candidate who will not submit the fee on time, their seats will be cancelled.
15) The Candidates are advised to keep visiting LCWU website for latest new and updates about the admission process.
