A brief orientation session was conducted about available mental health counseling services by Career Guidance and Counseling Centre (CGCC), LCWU. Ms. Mamoona Riaz and Ms. Samina Uzair delivered the concept of mental hygiene and aspects of managing mental health professionally. The graduate and postgraduate students from different disciplines attended the session. The session was held on 4th October 2023 in Seminar Hall Student Service Centre, LCWU.
