A solidarity march in support of Palestine was orchestrated at LCWU by the Department of Gender and Development Studies. The honorable Vice Chancellor of LCWU, Dr. Shagufta Naz, led the procession. Deans, directors, faculty members, and a substantial turnout of students joined the march, vehemently protesting Israel's aggression against innocent Palestinians. The march progressed from Ganga Ram Building to the main gate of the university. The protesters fervently called upon the international community to take immediate action to halt the ongoing genocide in Gaza and put an end to Israel's actions.
