A Capacity Building Training for Day Care staff was successfully conducted on 27th July, 2026, under the guidance of the worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi.The training aimed to enhance the professional skills of day care staff and strengthen quality standards in early childhood care and development. Key focus areas included child safety, health and hygiene practices, activity planning, and effective communication with children and parents.

Dr. Mehreen Ijaz (COD Home Economics Department) and Dr. Mamoona Riaz (Psychologist, CGCC ) was the resource persons of training. Both the trainers emphasised the importance of nurturing environments for children and appreciated the dedication of the day care staff. They urged participants to apply the learning from the training to ensure holistic growth and well-being of children in their care.

Staff members actively participated in interactive sessions and discussions.
