Head Budget

Dr. Hafsa Batool, a Lecturer in the Economics Department, currently serves as the Head of Budget and Finance at DFDI, Lahore College for Women University, Lahore. She also served as Head of International resource centre DFDI for a duration of two years. She has been honored with Gold Medals from BISE Sargodha during her intermediate studies and from the University of Sargodha for her Masters. Recognized for her impactful research in the economic empowerment of women received Lifetime Achievement Award from the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industries. She has received the Academic Excellence Award from Chief Executive General Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan. 

With over thirty research publications focusing on various economic issues, particularly the socio-economic development of women, sustainable development goals, and the analysis of environmental issues and economic sustainability, Dr. Batool demonstrates her expertise as an economist with a keen understanding of optimal and efficient resource allocation. 

Her contributions extend beyond academia through the organization of numerous workshops, trainings, seminars, and webinars,International Education Expo  where she has served in various capacities such as member, coordinator, moderator, organizer, and co-organizer. Additionally, she is an Associate Member of the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a member of the Central Standing Committee on Women Economic Reforms at FPCCI and the Education and Skill Development Committee at WCCI.
