  Worked as consultant nutritionist for more than a year. Main areas of expertise includes weight management, nutrition consultation to patients with dietary problems, certain diseases, nutrition supplement prescription related to specific conditions.

  Worked temporarily as Research Project Officer. Have been Involved in the development of research tools for data collection. Conducted and monitored research project and prepared research reports.

  Worked as a Nutritional Consultantperforming patient assessment and diet planning for management and treatment of specific health conditions. Carried out dissemination of nutrition information and research to expand personal and professional knowledge.

  Worked as internee in Nutrition and Fitness Department. Prepared diet plans for the patients, studied case files and did gym project. Visited Diabetic Outdoor Patients Department and Kitchen Department in Sheikh Zaid Hospital, Lahore.
