Pharmacist is an integral member of the health Care team which includes; Physi-cians, Nurses and Paramedics too. The Institute of Pharmacy is fostering an environment well designed to ensure rational use of medications by educating and producing skilled, young dynamic graduates & post graduates. We are ambitious in developing and conducting Research utilizing novel research methods and in this regard, taking initiatives to support interdisciplinary collabortivc research. LCWU aim is to deliver quality education to students that will enable them for critical thinking; leadership and to work seamlessly across various fields of this prestigious profession. LCWU students are having regular visits to Hospitals, Industries and Community/Retail pharmacy setups as part of their curriculum, that adds up to their professional learning. LCWU graduates and post graduates are serving both in Public and Private sectors viz; Pharmaceutical industries, Hospi-tals, Retail/Community Pharmacies, Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), Drug Testing and Forensic laboratories of Pakistan and Punjab Quality Control Board (PQCB).
