The LCWU Harassment Complaint Cell operates according to the guidelines laid down by Higher Education Commission as well as in keeping with Women Empowerment Package announced by Government of Punjab on 8th of March 2012. The Complaints of any form of harassment may be lodged at the HCC.

The Vice Chancellor has been pleased to re-constitute the Inquiry Committee as per Clause 7.2 of the HEC Policy on Protection against Sexual Harassment in Higher Education Institutions 2020 comprising of the following members for a term of two years:

1. Prof. Dr. Farzana Rashid,                              (Convener)
   Chairperson, Department of Zoology,
   Lahore College for Women University, Lahore
2. Dr. Arham Shabbir,                                        (Co-chair)
   Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacology,
   Lahore College for Women University, Lahore
3. Dr. Sumera Sajjad,                                         (Secretary)
   Directorate of Students Affairs,
   Lahore College for Women University, Lahore

Note: The Committee may co-opt Mr. Arfan Javed, Assistant Professor, Department of Visual Arts, for cases involving minority complainants/respondents, as and when required.
