TOR for the Planning Team

·         Develop elements of the plan that aligns with the university’s mission, vision and core values. 

·      Review and analysis of existing institutional documents, such as the mission statement, previous strategic plans and relevant reports. 

·    Conduct internal assessment, including a review of academic programs, research activities, student services, facilities and organizational structure. 

·       Carry out external assessments including market demands, technological advancements, regulatory changes and competitive landscape.

·         Engage stakeholders including faculty, staff students, alumni and external partners to ensure their input and involvement in the strategic planning process.
