The Registrar office consists of following main sections:

All sections of Registrar Office are responsible for the following functions:
· Preparation of e-prospectus for new academic sessions.
· Admissions at all Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral programs of LCWU of main campus.
· Implementation of admission policies at affiliated colleges.
· Maintaining the records of all admitted students.
· Students’ registration and ID cards.
· Coordination with HEC relating to Tenure Track (TTS) and interim placement of fresh Ph.Ds. (IPFP).
· Arranging and conducting the meetings of Academic Council, Advanced Studies and Research Board, Selection/Promotion Board, and the Syndicate.
· Dealing with appointment of Gazetted Staff and Non-Gazetted Staff on Regular and Contract Basis, Leave Cases, Transfer Cases, Promotion Cases, Seniority Cases, Increment Cases, Pension Cases, Resignation/Termination.
· Cases, Disciplinary Cases, Reimbursement of Medical Charges and Retirement Cases of all employees of LCWU.
