Department of STEM Education aims:
 
- To promote evaluative and action research using rigorous scientific methods for solving educational challenges within and beyond the university.
- To support institutional and program improvement through evidence-based planning and evaluation.
- To foster staff development in collaboration with other university departments such as FDC and ORIC.
- To strengthen quality assurance mechanisms and accountability procedures for academic and institutional programs.
- To conduct survey-based research and policy analysis for informed educational decision-making.
- To assess feasibility and design interventions for academic and administrative reforms in both public and private sectors.
- To carry out case studies highlighting institutional and individual performance, including success stories and lessons learned.
- To generate empirical evidence that guides effective strategies for future educational development.
- To provide opportunities for innovative, research-driven activities that promote creativity and problem-solving.
