The Department of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) is committed to satisfying the demand for greater training for current and aspiring English language teachers. Our programs are designed for those interested in teaching English language to children and adults in a variety of educational settings. Our programs offer students the opportunity to develop their professional understanding of English language teaching through investigation of the links between theory,policy, practice and current research along with providing the opportunities to develop confidence in teaching through linking theory to practice. Since its inception in the year 2003, the TESOL Department has been committed for the cause of education, and at the same time empowering young women to make their mark in personal, professional and national development.
