Welcome to the department of economics. It is one of the oldest departments at LCWU. The department offers BS (4-year) and MS programs. The faculty is trying to maintain international standard in addition to equip prospective students with a broad spectrum of skills with special emphasis on analytical and applied quantitative aspects of the subject. Keeping in view its decade sold tradition, the aim is to enable the students to become decision makers and efficient problem solvers irrespective of their plans to pursue their professional careers as practitioners or academicians at national & international level.
