Directorate of Faculty Development and Internationalization has organized a  webinar on “Writing a  Successful Funding Proposal” in collaboration with IEEE Karachi Section Talk Series, on “Indigenous Research  Outcome to Impact Industry and Society” on Friday 9th April 2021 from 11am to 1pm.
Prof Dr. Bhawani Shankar Chowdhry, Chair IEEE Karachi Section and Professor Emeritus / Advisor MUET gave Introduction to the Webinar and welcomed  Dr Bushra Mirza , Vice Chancellor, LCWU and participants. The Opening Remarks were given by Dr Bushra Mirza Vice Chancellor, LCWU, Lahore. Dr Zain Ul-Abdin • Director General at Higher Education Commission (HEC) gave interactive sessions on Research Grants Opportunities.
It was a great opportunity provided to the participants to explore the Research Grant Opportunities.  A Talk on “Writing a Successful Research Proposal” given by by Dr. Iftikhar Ali,  Associate Professor at the Department of Textile Engineering, MUET.
It was a very informative and engaging session. The session attended by the faculty of LCWU of Lahore College for Women University. Prof Dr. Bhawani Shankar Chowdhry, Chair IEEE Karachi Section and Professor Emeritus /Advisor MUET gives vote of tanks to Dr.Anjum Tahira, Director DFDI and LCWU.
