A  delegation from Liver Pool John Moores University(LJMU), UK visited Lahore College for women university to see with International Resource Centre of DFDI with many more ideas to develop international linkages between two prestigious institutions. The meeting was held in Vice Chancellors' office with worthy VC Prof. Dr Bushra Mirzthe. During meeting Articulation Agreement for different courses, International Degree Pathways (IDP) Discussion, Faculty/students Exchange Programmes, Short Training courses in the areas of mutual interest, Special Opportunities/ Scholarships for LCWU for Women Empowerment were discussed. The  Dean, Faculty's of Arts and Social Sciences Professor Dr. Muhammad Afzal,  Director DFDI Dr. Anjum Tahira and Head International Resource Centre Dr Hafsah Batool also attended the meeting. After the meeting,the delegation  was welcomed by Prof. Dr Rifaat Saif Dar  in the NHQ ART Gallery of Fine Arts Department LCWU to see the beautiful paintings and art pieces. This visit was followed by an  interactive session with students  arranged by IRC,DFDI at Pharmacy Seminar Room to unveil the secrets of winning "Chevening scholarship" and other scholarships in Liver Pool John Moores University(LJMU), UK. Mr Ludovico Roy the regional manager (LJMU), guided the students and answered the queries of students.Shields and token of thanks were presented to the delegation.
