A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Department of Political Science, Lahore College for Women University, and MILKAR on February 28, 2023, under the patronage of Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Bushra Mirza, Respected Dean Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Muhammad Afzal and Director ORIC, Dr. Aqsa Shabbir. Syed Kashf Shah  (Head of Campaign and Eco system),Umair Shehzad (General Manager), and Danish Sohail (Community Executive) represented MILKAR. This agreement tends to seek collaboration between two entities in terms of internship opportunities for students, research projects, and logistic support for seminars, webinars, and conferences. Participants from both entities reciprocated this MOU graciously.
