Department of Gender and Development Studies has hosted an event "WISE - Women Initiative in Social Entrepreneurship" under the leadership of Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shagufta Naz, and guidance of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Afzal, Dean Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.

Ms. Mariyam Irfan from SOLF (School of Leadership Foundation) has introduced the WISE Bootcamp - an empowering platform designed to nurture and elevate female entrepreneurs to new heights. Students from Gender and Development Studies, Sociology and Social Work has attended the event. In-charge, Department of Gender and Development Studies Dr. Uzma Ashiq Khan gave a vote of thanks and presented a certificate to the  facilitator.
