LCWU's student declared "Overall Best Speaker" & won Gold Medal

Syeda Hadisa Fatima Naqvi, a six semester student in English Department, LCWU and Secretary of Urdu Debating Society participated in the 32nd All Pakistan Debating Championship held at University of Engineering and Technology (UET) on January 19th and 20th, 2025. The competition consisted of two rounds. In the first round only Syeda Hadisa qualified for the second round out of twelve other participants. She subsequently won first prize in the Urdu Declamation category and was awarded the tournament's prestigious "Overall Best Speaker" Junaid Jamshed Gold Medal.
