Research and Development Department, Directorate of Faculty Development and Internationalisation (DFDI) in collaboration with LISA-LCWU held an online training workshop on Colour Therapy from 19th July 2025-3rd August 2025. Prof. Dr. Samina Tazayyen Yousuf Azeemi, Physicist from Govt. Postgraduate College (W), Samanabad, Lahore conducted the training. The resource person highlighted the macro and micro aspects of colour therapy that utilizes colors to influence physical and emotional well-being. The techniques of colour therapy, characteristics of colours, and utilisation of colours in well- being were discussed and analysed. More than 140 participants registered for the training from different public and private sector universities. Participants shared their issues during Q & A session and actively participated in discussions.
