LCWU’s International Resource Center, in collaboration with the Department of Gender and Development Studies and the Geographical Society, is organizing a one-day International workshop titled “Field Research and Migration Studies in the Global South: Practical Tools, Experiences, and Applications” on 17th November 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Student Service Center, LCWU. The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Zubaida Umar Baba (University of Leeds, UK) and will focus on practical field research tools, gender and ethical dimensions of migration studies, and conflict-sensitive research practices. Registration is open until 13th November and seats are limited.
