Career Counseling Session on “Chartered Accountancy as a Career”

March 03, 2020: The Centre for Career Counseling and Job Placement organized a career guidance session on “Career Avenues in the field of Chartered Accountancy” for students of Management Sciences and Public Administration. The session was conducted by the officials from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). ICAP is a premier accounting body envisioned to regulate, develop and monitor the accountancy profession in Pakistan. The institute has firmly established itself as a premier institution which produces qualified Chartered Accountants, who are not only in high demand within the country but have also made a mark for themselves outside Pakistan.

For that matter, Mr. Anayat Ullah – Senior Manager Education and Training, Mr. Amir Malik – Asst. Manager Marketing and Ms. Maham, Qualified Chartered Accountant visited the campus and told students about ICAP, benefits about being a chartered accountant and various career avenues for pursuing chartered accountancy. All queries of the students were generously answered and students were encouraged to opt for this field.
