LISA LCWU, Department of Statistics is going to organize a series of events in the Context of 3rd LISA 2020 Symposium: “Connecting to Build Capacity to Transform Evidence into Action and Celebrate the International Year of Women in Statistics and Data Science (IYWSDS)” from Oct 19th to Oct 22. The details of the events are as under:
The first event is one day workshop titled: “Advance your analysis skills and graphing solution in scientific research with GraphPad PRISM”, dated Oct 19th, 2020. The resource person will be Ms. Afza Rasul, lecturer, department of Statistics.
The International webinar titled: “Statistics: Solution to Interdisciplinary Research Problems” is being arranged on Oct 20th 2020. The distinguish guest speakers are Professor Dr. Sat Gupta, Professor Dr. Saleha Naghmi Habibullah, Dr. Maryam Ilyas and Dr. Faiza Tabassum.
Third event is Two Day Workshop on “Structural Equation Modeling, Mediation and Moderation Analysis using AMOS and the PROCESS Macro for SPSS”, dated: Oct 21-222nd Oct, 2020. Resource person of the training workshop will be Dr. Sharjeel Saleem.
The events are expected to attract distinguished statisticians, fellow faculty members and research students and will be helpful in uplifting the research contributions of Statistics department, LCWU.
