Career Guidance and Counseling Centre (CGCC) have been providing mental health counseling and career guidance services to faculty and students since 2006. Now it’s stepping forward towards capacity building of faculty and students in various domains of personal and professional skills. In this regard capacity building workshop for potential leaders on Personal and Professional Skills Development was organized in collaboration with Women Development Centre on 22nd August, 2022.
Ms. Mamoona Riaz, Material Developer/Psychologist was resource person. About 12-15 Student Council members of LCWU attended the session. Several aspects including motivation, problem solving, mind-set and various hard & soft skills were topic of discussion and training activities. The participants appreciated such activities and suggested their areas of interests for future activities.
