Department of Electrical Engineering (DEE), LCWU in collaboration with Rescue 1122 organized First Aid Training under the title of CPR and Bleeding Control for DEE Students on 23 rd August 2022. Ms. Ayesha Tariq managed this event in collaboration with Rescue 1122. Mr. Sajjad Rabbani and Dr. Faiza Iftikhar, BS-Coordinator DEE welcomed Ms. Deeba Shahnaz Akhter, Head of Community Safety/Chief Public Information Officer Rescue 1122, and her team in DEE.
Ms. Deeba Shahnaz Akhter, Head of Community Safety/Chief Public Information Officer Rescue 1122 with her team provided the audience with fundamental information related to first aid.

This training comprehensively covered the practical skills needed by first aiders. All the students got a hands-on session to learn the skills for CPR and bleeding control in case of an accident and emergency.The Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Dr. Intesar Ahmed, Chairperson of the Department, Dr. Sadia Murawwat, and the DEE faculty members such as Mr. Sajjad Rabbani, Dr. Taskeen Raza, Dr. Faiza Iftikhar, Ms. Asma Kiran, Ms. Fatima Qazi, Ms. Ayesha Tariq, Ms. Ramsha Musharraf, and lab supervisors were also part of the training.
