Hajj Scheme for the Employees of LCWU

The Second Draw Ceremony was held under the Hajj Scheme for the Employees of Lahore College for Women University

Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Bushra Mirza participated in the ceremony as the chief guest. Muslim regular employees from grade two to sixteen of Lahore College for Women University were included in the draw. In the draw, the name of the lucky Zahid Bashir Junior Computer Operator came out. Zahid Bashir is posted in 12th scale examination department in Lahore College for Women University.

In the draw, the name of Asma Abdul Rehman Jr. Clerk came out as the alternate candidate. If the first candidate cannot go due to any personal, physical or accidental reason, then the alternate candidate can be sent for Hajj under the Hajj scheme.

The lucky employee should perform Hajj in 2023 under the government scheme with university funds as per government rules. Addressing the ceremony, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Bushra Mirza said that Lahore College for Women University is taking measures for the improvement of its employees and such measures will be taken in the future as well.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Bushra Mirza announced to include all employees from grade 17 to 21 in Hajj Scheme 2024. In this regard, approval will be taken from the relevant forum.

In this way, two lucky people will be able to get the blessing of Hajj in 2024. One lucky person will be selected from grades 2 to 16 and the other lucky person will be selected from grades 17 to 21.
