Yokohama National University (YNU), Japan to establish academic exchange with the Department of City & Regional Planning (CRP), LCWU on 11-08-2023.

Prof. Mihoko, Professor of City Planning from YNU Japan met with Prof. Dr. Shagufta Naz, Vice Chancellor of Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), the largest women University of Pakistan.

Later, Prof. Mihoko also addressed in a seminar in CRP Department on "Community Empowerment for urban planning and Disaster Management." Prof. Dr. Shaker Mahmood, Chairman of CRP Dept. UET, Lahore also addressed the participants of the seminar. The program was very well arranged by the honorable faculty members and students of both CRP and Disaster Management Program represented by their program coordinators Ms. Siddiqa Amin and Ms Saba Islam, respectively. 

At the end Chairperson of the CRP Dept, Dr. M. Atiq ur Rahman thanked the guest speakers and the participants.
