Students of the Department of Gender and Development Studies organized an extension lecture on Backlash on Feminist Movements in Pakistan at Women Development Centre, LCWU in collaboration with the Women Development Department, Government of the Punjab. The lecture was delivered by Miss Feroza Batool (PhD Scholar & Project Manager, Human Rights Commission of Pakistan). In her lecture, she shared the important aspects, Myths and backlash on Feminist Movements in Pakistan. She also talked about the fight for acts and basic rights of women throughout the political era.
