Mrs. Shahida Saleem: LCWU Illustrious alumna: With nearly four decades of dedicated service to the Education Department of the Government of Punjab, Mrs. Shahida Saleem is a distinguished academic figure. Her journey began as a student at Lahore College for Women in 1965, where her exceptional academic prowess and active participation in extracurricular activities set her apart.
Over the years, she rose through the ranks, excelling in her studies and contributing significantly to the institutions she served. From her pioneering achievements in economics to her leadership roles in various colleges and universities, Mrs. Saleem's impact has been profound. Her expertise extends beyond academia, as she has also been involved in addressing pressing global issues such as poverty alleviation and climate change.
