


The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Uzma Qureshi, Vice Chancellor of LCWU, who shared her insights. Among the distinguished speakers were Raquel King-Nicudemus, Public Diplomacy Officer explained how US is investing in educational and leadership opportunities for Pakistani students, and Ms. Sumayya Tariq, Program Management Coordinator at the Public Diplomacy Section of the US Consulate General Lahore, Ms. Mechthid Geyer from the University of Vienna, Austria/Minhaj University Lahore, and Mr. Zafar Javed Malik, Chief Law & Procurement Officer at DSP- Punjab Safe City Authority.






Various sessions were held including panel discussion and papers presented by the prominent intellectuals and professionals across the country emphasizing on uniting to end the violence against women.

Respected guests including Salman Abid, Shahnawaz Khan, Muhammad Arshad Cheema and Madeeha Malik addressed on the steps to end the violence against women.
