The Department of Computer Sciences organized a ceremony for the distribution of certificates for the project titled "International Working Women Employability in Pakistan: Challenges and Opportunities." This initiative received support through a Gender Equality Partnerships grant under the British Council's Going Global Partnerships program, which aims to strengthen more inclusive and globally connected higher education and TVET systems.Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Shagufta Naz presided over the certificate distribution, emphasizing the significance of entrepreneurship and business opportunities, particularly for young women in the field of computer sciences and IT. In her address to the students, she commended the successful execution of such programs at LCWU and acknowledged the efforts of Dr. Saima Farhan and Dr. Maria Anjum.
