Mental Health Matters: Breaking Stigma

 Career Guidance and Counseling Centre has organized a workshop on “Mental Health Matters: Breaking Stigma” with hostel wardens and hostel student council members at Women Development Centre on September 30th, 2024. The resource person of this workshop was Mrs Samina Uzair.

They were briefed about confidentiality and referral process. The workshop was planned to bridge the gap between hostel administration, students and career guidance and counseling centre. Hostel wardens and students highlighted that students face issues like anxiety, depression, difficulty in managing time, anger issues, adjustment issues and relationship issues.
