29th February, 2024:Khadija Tul Kubra Business Incubation Center (K-BIC) at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) organized on campus Hult Prize Idea Competition to select startups for regional competition. The jury consisting of members from industry Mr. Muhammad Sarmad Hafeez (PITB), Ms. Arshia Naeem (Superior University), Ms. Fareeha Younas (Women Chamber of Commerce and Industries), Mr. Muhammad Tahir (State Bank of Pakistan) and academia Dr. Adeel Nasir (Management Science), Dr. Sadia Murawwat (Electrical Engineering), and Dr. Sobia Hassan (Public Administration) took part in selection process. 
A total of 23 startups ideas were registered on Hult Prize portal from LCWU. The jury meticulously reviewed each startup proposal, evaluating its viability, innovation, and potential impact. Following the thorough deliberation and assessment process, the jury selected five startups including EcoFusion, NextBus, CharTech, Biobento and GreenGen Nanotech from department of management sciences, computer sciences, biotechnology, public administration, and biotechnology respectively. After the session, the Jury provided valuable feedback and recommendations to the aspiring entrepreneurs.
