Career Guidance and Counseling Centre (CGCC) organized a workshop to promote wellbeing and enhance skills in students. Mrs Samina Uzair was the resource person and the workshop was organized on October 8, 2024.

71 students from different departments have attended the workshop entitled: “Effective Time Management Skills.” The workshop aimed to target & effective time management skills which includes: Prioritization, goal setting, planning, delegation, setting boundaries and Saying “No”, focus and automation. Students were explained how to handle interruptions through various mindfulness techniques and how they can overcome procrastination.
