The International Human Rights Day under the theme "Our Rights, Our Future, right now" was organized by Department of Gender and Development Studies LCWU in collaboration with ASMAN Welfare Foundation and Prime Minister Youth Programme (PMYP) on 16th of December 2024. Mr. Amernath (President Valmik Samaj) Mr. Qasim Mumtaz (Chanan Association Development) Mr. Rizwan Anwar (special representative of the prime minister youth program) were the respected speakers. A special thanks to Ms Maha Jameel, Ms Abeela and Mr Qasim who graced the occasion. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Uzma Qureshi graced the event as chief guest and emphasized upon the need of respecting human rights and promoting interfaith harmony.
