The Department of Physics, LCWU, successfully concluded its 2nd Workshop on “XRD Analysis, Rietveld Refinement (X-Pert High Score) & Diamond Softwares,” held from November 25–27, 2025. The hands-on training, conducted under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi, Vice Chancellor and Patron-in-Chief, and led by Prof. Dr. Safia Anjum, equipped participants with practical expertise in advanced material characterization techniques. Students and faculty from various LCWU departments, including Chemistry, along with participants from Punjab University (PU) and the University of Lahore (UOL), actively attended the sessions. The workshop received excellent feedback for its interactive learning environment, and participants appreciated LCWU for providing a valuable platform to enhance research capabilities across institutions.
